This small (5 ¾ in tall) hand-potted vase features a thick, oatmeal-colored crackle glaze adorned with a hand-painted scene of warriors in battle around the body. Dark, bronze-toned glazed bands frame the piece at the top and bottom, matching the finish along the mouth rim. The base is fully glazed, while the sharply cut foot ring remains intentionally unglazed.

The vase has a weight to it. It has no marks or labels.

MEASUREMENTS
2 ¼ in (5.7 cm) diameter x 5 ¾ in (14.6 cm) tall. Weighs 7.6 oz.

CONDITION
There is a chip under the rim and a glaze chip on the top of the rim, but no other chips, breaks, cracks, or repairs. The polychrome enamels are in good shape with minimal wear. The glazes feel soft to the touch.
