Hand-Carved console or alter table made in Shanghai, China by the "The China Shop". Circa. 1900-1940. The China Shop was known for creating "Chinese Fancy Wood Wares". The label was used by the shop to signify authentic craftsmanship from that era. This label was typically affixed to high-Quality carved wood items. Carved with traditional Chinese figures. Very nice patina to finish. carving is featured on all 4 sides. 1 large drawer.
