A tall ivory pole medallion runs the length of a deep red field densely packed with fine geometric floral panels, anchored by rich navy-indigo corner spandrels and framed by an ivory zigzag guard and a red boteh main border.

Colors run deep madder red, ivory-cream, indigo-navy, olive green, apricot, and rust — high-contrast and beautifully balanced, with far more ivory than the usual all-red Afghan.
