I lived for a time overseas, in Bahrain. It'a a lovely, albeit hot, little cluster of islands. I found this piece at a local vintage shop, along with a few other treasures in 2012-2013. Not sure of the age but the teak wood is in great shape as are the carved pieces and the gold-painted accents. It features four hand-carved panels with Intricate floral carvings, Arabic-style latticework, delicate gold inlay. Rich teakwood with exceptional craftsmanship. The screen folds easily for display and makes a dramatic statement in your living room, bedroom or studio. It is freestanding and folds flat. Each panel is 68 ' x 17'. So, if you are looking for a piece to enhance your home or studio, this might just be the one!
