There are concentric bands of electric orange, bright yellow, turquoise, green and red rippling outward from a deep blue circular center and bordered by textured patches of silver/white storm-like clouds. The work is similar to other 60's/70's psychedelic pop art like fluid acrylic pouring or dreamlike landscapes. I believe it is painted (not poured) in acrylic or oil on canvas and framed in a thin natural wood frame. Unsigned.
