These were made from 1920-1960's. This paper cutter works great for heavy duty paper. It is now more for nostalgic purposes, and/or collectors of historical items. It stands at 2.75" tall, 16" long and is 11" wide. I found this vintage paper cutter while vacationing in Galina, IL. See less
