Offered is a 1st edition, 1st printing of Truman Capote's true crime expose, "In Cold Blood", published in 1966 by Random House.
The book was originally published as a serialized four-part article in the New Yorker magazine beginning in September of 1965. The magazine issues were a monumental sensation and sold out rapidly, captivating readers nationwide with their mix of literary style and true-crime reporting.
The book bears its original dust-jacket, cinnamon cloth boards, gold embossed lettering, and includes an original newspaper clipping/book review from 1966. Please read condition notes.
