This exceptional piece features magnificent Mediterranean Revival architectural details, including triple-arched glass doors, lighted interior upper cabinetry, heavy crown molding, elegant raised-panel lower cabinetry, and classic brass drop-pull hardware. Built between 1961 and 1973, this cabinet boasts a fascinating historical provenance: it was originally commissioned as a custom piece of contract furniture for the luxury Cherry Hill Lodge in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The original stamped factory shipping label remains intact on the back panel, documenting its heritage. Constructed to the exacting standards of high-end hospitality furniture, this piece is incredibly solid and offers immense storage and display capacity. The exterior woodwork, glass panels, and doors are all in exceptional shape. A beautiful, highly durable time-capsule piece that presents beautifully. To ensure complete transparency for the buyer, there are some very minor, light surface scratches on a couple of the interior panels, which are hidden when the doors are closed (see pictures). less
