Antique English Ironstone Fluted Jelly Mould. Shelley's ironstone jelly moulds carry a quiet authority that's hard to explain until you hold one. This fluted example was made for the Edwardian kitchen, where molded desserts like blancmange and jelly were taken seriously as a mark of a well-run household.
