Pair of Italian alabaster table lamps with harps and brass bullet shaped finials. Marked Italy on the base. When I acquired these lamps the finish had yellowed and was flaking, so I removed the original finish and applied a fresh glossy sealer. This will allow you to enjoy the lamps for another 80 years without having to worry about a yellowed and flaky finish. Height measurements are given to the top of the finial.
The lamps are composed of four pieces of stone that make up the shape of the lamp. There are some small chips here and there. One of the lower midsection piece is bisected along a natural vein so it’s not terribly noticeable unless its scrutinized.
Retains original wiring. Lamps work as they are intended. They are truly a perfect size. Not too small, not too large. Great for a desk or dresser or in a cozy nook.
