Vintage Jens Risom (attributed) 72” walnut credenza in beautiful condition. It features four standard drawers, one file drawer, and two end cabinets, each with an adjustable shelf. “Attributed” solely because there is no Jens Risom manufacturer tag, but the construction, finish and hardware are identical to a the matching Jens Risom desk I’ve listed for sale here, which was purchased from the same original vintage office suite.
The original finish has been rejuvenated with a fresh coat of Danish oil, and the top has been fully refinished to match original, also employing several coats of Danish oill and avoiding polyurethane. The drawers have been vacuumed and cleaned, and the black plastic pulls have been cleaned and polished. All four adjustable glides turn smoothly. The Jens Risom manufacturer tag is missing.

- Condition is excellent. The top has been freshly professionally restored to match the original finish and is flawless. The rest … moreCondition is excellent. The top has been freshly professionally restored to match the original finish and is flawless. The rest of the finish is original, but has been rejuvenated with a fresh coat of Danish oil. The drawers all slide in and out smoothly. There is a 2” ring stain on the inside of the right cabinet at the front edge of the bottom. No other stains or discoloration are present. One of the drawers has some very minor wear on the right edge of the veneer. There is a somewhat noticeable darker scratch on the left cabinet door, and a smaller nick on the right door, as well as a very shallow horizontal indentation where something rubbed across it, but that is really only noticeable up close when the light hits it just so. No sag in the frame, and very solid overall. less
