En exceptionally rare and sculptural pair of wall sconces from the Mid-Century Modern period, in the striking Hollywood Regency style. These artful objects combine the organic elegance of German designer Hans Kögl with the luxurious design language of the renowned French atelier Maison Baguès.
The sconces captivate with their expressive, botanically inspired design. The design features stylized, dynamically curved reed or cattail leaves in a striking coral red, contrasting with deep black accents and refined, gold-colored brass finials. Each wall sconce has three curved arms that terminate in stylized, flower-shaped drip trays (bobeches), creating a spectacular, warm play of light. A handcrafted masterpiece made of lacquered metal, wrought iron, and brass.
