Both baskets are fitted with a red floral vinyl lining over a warm cream and tan ground, a period detail that gives the piece real personality rather than the plain neutral linings more commonly seen.

The handle is wrapped in cane at the grip, and the whole trolley moves easily on its original castors.

This kind of two-tier rattan cart was a staple of Austrian and wider Central European postwar interiors, used for serving drinks or tea and rolled between kitchen and living room.

Very good condition throughout. Suits a country kitchen, a sunroom, or as a softening, textural note in an otherwise formal interior. See less
