A handsome contemporary walnut buffet inspired by classic French Provincial cabinetry. Its warm, deliberately aged finish, softly rounded corners and beautifully molded façade give it the character of an older European piece without the maintenance concerns of an antique.
Two spacious dovetailed drawers provide storage for flatware, linens or serving accessories. Below, a pair of paneled doors opens to reveal a generous divided interior with shelves—an excellent modern replacement for the traditional china cabinet. Antiqued brass hardware complements the rich walnut tones and restrained architectural detailing.
At just over 63 inches wide and only 18¼ inches deep, the buffet offers substantial storage without consuming excessive floor space. It would work equally well as a dining-room sideboard, entry cabinet, living-room storage piece or sophisticated media console.
