A petite Italian Murano glass table lamp from the 1940s, crafted in the Art Deco era. The compact form features a pulegoso glass base, its softly bubbled texture lending depth and a soft luminosity to the piece. Above, a delicately tapered glass shade is acid-etched with a figurative motif that emerges subtly when illuminated, while applied pulled-glass detailing traces the edges.
When lit, the lamp emits a gentle, atmospheric glow that highlights the layered glasswork and craftsmanship. Modest in scale yet rich in detail, it is ideally suited for a bedside table or shelf.
Condition: Very good vintage condition. The glass is intact with minor surface marks and one professional repair along the top. Patina to the chrome consistent with age and use. This lamp has been professionally rewired by our team of restorationists with a new socket, plug, and switch. Accepts one E12 candelabra base light bulb.
