A pair of sculptural stone vases in white — rectangular in profile, raw and mineral across the surface. In white, the BLOCK series feels lighter and more ethereal: the same architectural restraint and geological surface, but with a finish closer to bleached limestone or aged plaster. Sold as a set, the two pieces hold a quiet dialogue — alike in character, different in proportion.

Each vessel is constructed by hand in successive layers, and every layer behaves a little differently depending on pressure, drying conditions, and how the material chooses to settle. The balance of recycled paper pulp, organic cement, and mineral binder was arrived at through long experimentation — the aim being a surface that resists water and impact while still reading as living, geological stone. Because of this, no two pieces ever finish the same way.

Natural variation isn't hidden here — it's the whole intention. Cracks, shifts in the surface, and unpredictable texture aren't faults; they're the point. Imperfection as a way to create beauty.
