The little jar was once used daily in a Qing-dynasty kitchen for food storage and pickling, as evidenced by its glazed interior. The original earthenware jar is potted with bulbous sides and a short foot, textured with ridges that reveals its coiled construction. We love the molten look of its thick, drip glaze, today a fantastic way to add intrigue as a original flower vase or planter. See less
