He used unique earth-casting methods to design the community. The large heavy wind bell features a Brutalist-like design. The Arcosanti emblem is impressed on the bell. A clapper and metal flag are at the end of the bell to promote chimes. The bell is in good condition with verdigris patina. Soleri studied with Frank Lloyd Wright at Taliesin West in Arizona and Taliesin East in Wisconsin. See less
