Antique Late Qing Dynasty Chinese Porcelain Hexagonal Famille Juane “Hundred Treasures” Vase. This outstanding piece measures 16.25” high and is 9” at the widest point. Decorated with birds, fruit, scrolls, censers and other auspicious symbols, the motifs on the turquoise and yellow panels are meant to symbolize good fortune and longevity. Beautifully formed pomegranate handles grace both sides. The interior is a glazed turquoise and the bottom is stamped with the Jiaqing Seal.
As a long time collector, it is rare to come across one of the “Hundred Treasures” vases, so I am *very* excited to be offering this piece to other lovers of antique porcelain.

While it could probably use a good cleaning (I myself soaked away - overnight - decades of grime), the colors are fabulous and there are no major cracks or repairs. After a thorough inspection, I only came across one minor chip on one of the side yellow panels (see last photo) which was hard to even notice. Other than that, the vase simply has age related wear such as crazing and scuffing. less
