A decorative, handcrafted, free-thrown studio ceramic vase by Kristian Körting (1949-2020) with a harmoniously rounded body and slender neck. The surface features a finely speckled, elegant glaze in a warm mocha brown.
The sculpted vertical fluting adds further interest to the otherwise minimalist form and underscores the Scandinavian-influenced design of the 1970s.
The vase bears the incised mark of the Kristian Körting workshop in Remschütz near Saalfeld, Germany. This piece has an attribution mark,
