A stunning pair of solid brass two-arm candle wall sconces in the Rococo Revival style, likely Continental European (French or Italian), dating to the late 19th or early 20th century. Large and commanding, these are true statement pieces.
Each sconce features a pierced, cutwork acanthus leaf backplate with sweeping scrolled arms, candle cups, and fluted bobeches. The brass has developed a rich, warm patina over decades.
