A striking and dramatic piece of classic Americana, this vintage 1950s ceramic table lamp features a beautifully sculpted rearing stallion in a brilliant, glossy black finish. It includes the original red and black textured pinch-pleat parchment shade, finished with a gold trim.

The glossy black glaze is vibrant with no major chips or cracks. The shade is in remarkable, delicate vintage condition. Finding an original 1950s pleated shade of this style intact and undamaged, is increasingly rare.
Rewired with a vintage-style cord and upgraded for modern safety. An LED bulb is highly recommended to prevent overheating and to preserve the integrity of the shade.
Item will be carefully packed for shipping in two boxes. Base and shade will be packed separately.
