Beautifully hand painted in the traditional Imari palette of cobalt blue, iron red, soft green and gilt highlights, each plate features a central floral medallion surrounded by stylized blossoms and an octagonal cobalt border accented with delicate gilt foliage.

Inspired by the Japanese Imari porcelains that captivated Europe during the 18th century, these English made examples reflect the elegance and craftsmanship of the Georgian period.
