into your kitchen with this highly collectible, authentic Guardian Service 3-Piece Double Oval Roaster Set. Manufactured in the 1940s/1950s, this heavy-duty, hammered cast aluminum set is a legendary kitchen workhorse celebrated for its incredible heat retention and durability.
This is the complete multi-use set, featuring the deep oval roaster, the matching shallow pan (which functions beautifully as a secondary lid, griddle, or serving platter), and the highly coveted, original etched glass dome lid featuring the signature Guardian Service knight emblem.

It doesn't affect using it at all and the rest of the lid is solid with no cracks. The etched knight logo looks great. > * Aluminum Exterior: Showcases a wonderful, authentic hammered patina. There are minor, typical caramelized grease spots/polymerized cooking oil marks along the bottom rim (as pictured), which is normal for authentic, well-used mid-century aluminum. > * Aluminum Interior: Shows normal coloration, mineral staining, and minor pitting from historical use (as shown in photos). The metal remains thick, solid, and completely flat with no warping. > * Restoration: The set has been washed clean and is ready to use, but has not been chemically polished. It retains its authentic, unpolished vintage look, allowing the new owner to polish it to a shine if desired. less
