Crafted in France circa 1870, the elongated centerpiece is executed in the exuberant Rococo taste with sweeping asymmetrical scrolls, pierced latticework, shell motifs, and abundant foliate decoration. The centerpiece is further embellished with two beautifully modeled winged cherubs playfully gathered around floral garlands, adding movement and charm to the composition.
