Model 62 is an excellent example of Danish furniture art's ability to combine timeless aesthetics, well-thought-out function and absolutely top-class craftsmanship.

The table has an elegant round basic design where the softly rounded edge and the thin frieze around the table top create a light and harmonious expression. The beautifully tapered legs connect seamlessly to the edge and give the table an airy and well-balanced silhouette. The legs are also easy to dismantle for transport.

What really makes the model unique is its impressive flexibility. The table comes with four generous extension leaves, which means it can grow from a round dining table for everyday use to a very large dinner table with room for 12 to 14 people, or more depending on the width of the chairs.

All extension leaves are made with the same profiled frame as the table, which gives a uniform and exclusive appearance even when the table is fully extended. At the same time, the frame contributes to a very stable construction over the entire length.

The advanced extension mechanism is a fine example of Danish engineering. The solid wooden guides run smoothly and stably, and under the table there is an integrated support leg that automatically folds down when several extension leaves are used, which provides extra stability even at maximum length. The extension leaves can be used one by one or all four at the same time, completely as needed.   The table top and extension leaf have eccentric locks that make it easy to snap together, which increases stability and makes the table very stable.
