Directoire cherry corner cabinet from Emilia, dating back to the early 19th century. The structure features a central paneled door, enhanced by a molding under the top, which enhances its geometric elegance. The pair of truncated pyramidal feet lends stability and a touch of classicism to the overall design. Inside, a shelf offers practical storage. Modifications attest to the corner cabinet's functional adaptations over time, while still retaining the original charm of the Directoire design. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
