Elegant pair of Globe Wernicke London mahogany bookcases from the late 19th/early 20th century - England
This charming pair of bookcases, known as waterfall bookcases because of their varying depths, creates a stunning silhouette. They are among the rarest, as this design allows for the placement of large books and other objects in the lower section. Furthermore, their shape is very aesthetically pleasing.
A beautiful model that can be placed together to form a large bookcase or used separately.
This bookcase has a great deal of character with its metalwork on the sides. The glass doors slide inside the cabinet.
It can be used as a bookcase or a display cabinet.
In perfect condition with a beautiful patina. The bookcases blend perfectly into both antique and contemporary interiors. We have a nearly identical pair available. It would be possible to create two pairs in a single room, which would be superb.
