The tall rectangular frame is densely composed of sculptural shells, conches, coral branches, seahorses and crabs, creating a theatrical marine-inspired surface.

The frame is finished in a silver-toned painted surface, partly enriched with subtle colour accents, giving the mirror both decorative depth and an expressive, hand-finished character. Its design refers to the tradition of Italian grotto furniture, inspired by shell grottos, maritime fantasy and Rococo rocaille ornament.
