Baluch weavers used camel grounds only occasionally, which makes this palette scarce.

Colors run warm camel and gold, rose, indigo, sage green, ivory, and aubergine — a soft, naturally-dyed, collected palette that reads far quieter than the usual tribal red. It suits a living room, study, bedroom, or entry, and layers into bohemian, eclectic, faded-antique, collected-traditional, and modern-organic interiors.

Hand-knotted wool pile on a wool foundation. Good vintage condition, honestly noted: several horizontal bands of low, worn pile across the field where the surface has abraded with age, with the drawing still fully legible. Original ivory fringe. Measures 6'10" x 5'0" (82 in. x 60 in.). See less
