This Handmade Ceramic Imperial Palace Vase is a tribute to the architectural genius of the Ottoman Golden Age. Standing at 60 cm, its form is inspired by the slender marble columns, and its pattern by the majestic wall panels of the Topkapi Palace.

Perfect Symmetry The defining feature of this piece is its balance. While many Iznik designs are asymmetrical and spiraling, this Symmetrical Saz-Hatai pattern is composed with mathematical precision. The central axis features oversized Hatai lotuses, flanked by powerful, serrated Saz Leaves that curve upwards like guardians.

A Vertical Statement The vase’s shape narrow at the waist and flaring at the top is designed to hold long-stemmed arrangements with grace. However, its painted surface is so detailed and “carpet-like” that it stands most powerfully on its own, as a solitary monument.
