This is a very ornate gold double cane centrally divided Louis XV sofa. It extends 98" at the seat. The back and central panel are double cane. The base is heavily carved wood. The fabric is totally worn and cannot be used. However only the seat needs fabric. The back gold finish should be touched up as there are areas where there is gold loss. There are no holes in the cane. I would redo either simply in linen or ornate in a brocade. You will not see another. Perfect for any French decor.
Condition: Needs new fabric. Back gold should be touched up. Fabric though worn I did not detect any odors.
