White bulle de savon (soap bubble) opaline perfume bottle with its ball-shaped stopper topped with petals. Gilded stripes decorate the neck and a blue wreath of anemones and forget-me-nots adorn the paunch. This exquisite decoration was produced by the jean-baptiste desvignes studio. A second almost identical flask is available (see photos), circa 1820 dimensions: w 4.1 in, d 4.1in, h 5.1in. Dimensions: l 10.5cm, p 10.5cm, h 13 cm. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
