In 1982 the venerable Fenton Glass Company of Wiliamstown West Virginia introduced a new collection designed by Scandinavian designer "Katja". Hand blown - each piece featured bold swirls of color. Produced for only one year - "Katja" Fenton is now highly collectible and rare. While also being equally valued by modernists who appreciate the collections simple designs. Along with the natural nuances of hand blown art glass.
This vase is model number K 7753. It features a transparent glass body with blue swirls. Stands at 7.5 inches high x 8 inches diameter.
In very good vintage condition. No chips, cracks, outer surface scratches, clouding, etching. or issue soft not. Some prior use scratches on bottom side commensurate with vintage age/use. See photos for details.
