Crafted in Belgium between the 1920s and 1930s, this piece perfectly embodies the vibrant and geometric taste of the era.
The central body is made of striking cased art glass with mottled decorations, featuring a breathtaking color palette of orange, yellow, mauve, red, and milk-white. The fiery tones of the glass create a magnificent, vibrant contrast with the cool brightness of the silver-plated metal, resulting in an incredible and high-impact visual effect.
The container is housed in a finely crafted silver-plated metal mount, featuring a lower support with an elegant openwork geometric motif, spherical feet, and a high, shaped movable handle with slender lines. Complete with its original matching lid.

Condition
Very good vintage condition overall with an authentic time patina. The silver plating shows some minor and slight oxidation in a few small spots which is completely natural for its age and does not detract from its charm. The lid shows some slight superficial dents on the front which testify to its manual workmanship. Overall the piece remains incredibly beautiful highly decorative and impressive. No chips or cracks on the glass. See less
