This beautifully … Read more An elegant and authentic Art Nouveau six-light chandelier manufactured by Jenčík, Czechoslovakia, and retaining its original manufacturer's label. This beautifully proportioned chandelier embodies the refined decorative language of the late Art Nouveau period, where flowing organic forms are combined with restrained elegance. The gracefully curved brass arms radiate from a finely detailed central body, supporting six beautifully shaped opaline glass shades that provide a warm, diffused light while emphasizing the sculptural character of the fixture. The original solid brass frame has developed a rich, attractive patina over time and remains in excellent vintage condition. The decorative cast elements and finely executed detailing demonstrate the high quality of Jenčík's craftsmanship, making this fixture an outstanding example of early twentieth-century Central European lighting design. The chandelier has been completely rewired with new electrical components. It is fully functional and compatible with US wiring, making it ready for immediate installation. The original champagne blown glass shades remain in a good vintage condition without cracks. Shades display small chips along their upper mounting rims.
