Handcrafted with care by skilled women in Victoria Falls, these table linens were found by Elizabeth and Sara on their recent trip to Zimbabwe.
Each tablecloth is meticulously crafted using the ancient technique of batik, where intricate patterns are carefully hand-painted onto the fabric using a wax-resist process. Crafted from high-quality, durable fabric that is easy to clean, allowing you to enjoy its beauty for years to come.We do not recommend laundering textiles and do not accept returns of textiles that have been laundered in any manner. Even dry cleaning is too much for some of these antique textiles. For some of them, a very gentle HAND washing (NEVER MACHINE, on any setting) in cool water with a very gentle detergent works, but even then, dyes may not be colorfast, and fabric may be less strong than it appears.
