A carved and gilded wooden mirror dating back to the late 19th century, from Italy. The frame features a richly crafted molding with leafy and geometric motifs, enhanced by delicate internal beading. The frieze, made of pastiglia, is embellished with a central coat of arms and adorned on the sides with elegant floral festoons. There are some missing parts, but they do not affect the overall integrity of the piece. Perfect for decorating with a touch of history and craftsmanship. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
