The pieces … Read more This set of two authentic, fully marked bar stools was designed by Marcello Ziliani for Italian manufacturer Casprini. The pieces feature an injection-molded clear transparent polyamide shell with an intricate, open-work geometric design mounted on a chrome-plated steel hydraulic pedestal base. Combining postmodern and space age style elements, the swivel chairs are height-adjustable via an integrated pneumatic gas lift mechanism. Chrome is shiny showing minor oxidation commensurate with age. Seats are free of breaks and show only minor wear and beautiful transparency. Please see all photos and video. The original ribbed rubber base liner is present on one stool but missing from the other; this backing can be easily replicated or substituted using standard sheet rubber, adhesive felt sheets, or aftermarket floor protection options. Use ready set. Being sold as a set of two (x2).
