Muller frères scarab night lamp
A rare French art deco night lamp in old nickel plating on bronze with a shade in mottled glass with yellow red and blue coloured pigment inclusions. This sought after Muller frères veilleuse scarabée was made around 1925-1935. It is unknown which French lighting manufacturer produced and commercialized this model. The shade was made by Muller freres and is signed Muller fres Luneville.
The lamp is 2,95 inches (7,5 cm) high. 8,07 inches (20,5 cm) long and 6,38 inches (16,2 cm) deep. It is in excellent condition. And is rewired with cloth covered twisted cord. An American candelabra base socket and US 2-prong plug.
