Muller frères
A very rare French art deco lamp made around 1925-1935.
This mushroom lamp Muller Paysage Lacustre (Lakeside Sunset) is done in acid engraved orange-red and sepia brown glass. In the 1927 and 1930 Muller frères product catalogs we can see it is lamp model #4028. The lamp is 9,57 inches (24,3 cm) high and the shade has a diameter of 9,33 inches (23,7 cm). It is signed Muller fres Luneville on the base. The lamp is in very good condition. The wrought iron mount has a nice dark brown almost black patina. It is rewired with stylish cloth covered twisted cord and it holds two American candelabra base sockets.
