A striking vintage ceramic wall plaque, sourced directly from the historic pottery hub of Bassano del Grappa, Italy. Expertly hand-made and hand-painted, this high-relief majolica piece features a lush cluster of ripe pomegranates bursting open to reveal their seeds, nestled among rich green foliage and hanging from a rustic branch stem.
The plaque boasts an incredibly detailed, dimensional high-relief design that brings the fruit to life, finished with a brilliant high-gloss glaze. The reverse features a sturdy embedded wire loop for easy hanging, and bears the authentic "Bassano" stamp along with an impressed "Made in Italy" mark and mold number 675.
