A hand‑thrown stoneware pottery vase, Organic Modern, circa mid to late-20th century (1960s-1970s), America. The vase features a textured surface with applied medallion motifs, executed in an earthy palette of light beige and warm browns. The form is oval, with a narrow neck rising from a rounded body. The carved texture and raised elements give the piece a strong tactile presence.
An excellent example of Organic Modern studio pottery — warm, textural, and grounded in natural materials and hand‑worked surfaces. The piece integrates easily into many interior spaces, adding quiet visual interest to a console, shelf, or tabletop. Signed on the underside by the potter. Excellent condition.
