The top surface is an ideal height for elevating ornamental plants or works of sculpture in any room around the home and appealing to many decorating styles. Chamfered corners and grooves carved into the walls of the pedestal give it an architectural structure that contrasts the subtle irregularities of the material. The weathered but sturdy plinth base (also painted for continuity) brings the effect down to the floor. We believe this to be in good antique condition considering its age, and any visible signs of wear are captured in the photos.
