Louis xv style bookcase in walnut, oak, and beech
louis xv style bookcase in walnut, oak, and beech, circa 1880. The front features two glazed doors with wooden bases, separated by a cartouche-shaped frame and flanked by rounded stiles, also with cartouches. The upper rail is inlaid with two stars and a heart in the center, surmounted by a molded cornice. The whole rests on four cabriole legs joined by shaped lower rails. The paneled sides frame an interior with three shelves on adjustable supports. Dimensions: height: 197 cm length: 142 cm width: 52 cm
