Titled "Grenada Seaside," this exceptional piece is a hand-watercolored lithograph produced circa 1989. Donelan used a specialized production technique where a detailed line-work base was printed via lithography and then individually finished with rich watercolor washes. Because each color wash was applied entirely by hand, no two pieces in the series are exactly alike, giving this item the unique character of an original painting. The composition beautifully captures the iconic, colorful hillside architecture and harbor of St. George's reflecting against deep blue waterfront tones. It comes housed in its original dark wood landscape frame behind protective glass, wired and completely ready to hang.
