It features an incredibly intricate, hand-painted geometric & floral pattern accented with brilliant 24k Gold gilding.

Benjarong porcelain ("Five Colors") represents a historic Thai artisan tradition originally reserved exclusively for royalty. This jar features a classic multi-color palette over a white porcelain base, topped with a striking, sharp-pointed gold finial.

The bottom reveals a classic unglazed foot ring with natural mineral specks, indicating an authentic, artisan-crafted clay process rather than a flawless, mass-produced factory replica. A truly gorgeous statement piece for bohemian, global, or traditional home decor. Valued at $200+, due to its age, history, & pristine condition, it is an incredibly rare & gorgeous addition to any Asian art collection.

** Excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks, or hairline fractures. The gold gilding is bright & intact, & the lid fits snugly. **

This piece is a Museum-grade Benjarong estimated to have been created in the 18th or 19th century. These pieces were commissioned by the Siamese royal court & manufactured using Chinese porcelain blanks. They rarely have printed brand marks or country names. Instead, you will see a raw, unglazed foot ring with a rougher clay texture containing minor dark flecks. (See photos).
