We purchased this Oomph lacquer chest for our daughter’s room, and it has been one of our favorite pieces of furniture over the last 10 years. The proportions, clean lines, and custom X-pull hardware give it a timeless look that works equally well in a child’s room, guest room, or sophisticated adult space.
The lacquer finish is beautiful, and the soft-close drawers feel exceptionally well made. The four spacious drawers provide plenty of storage, and the durable top finish is designed by Oomph to better withstand everyday use. We’re only selling it because we recently moved and no longer have a spot for it, but this is a high-quality designer piece that has many years of life ahead of it.
The chest is not signed, marked, or labeled by Oomph, but we can provide proof of purchase if desired.

- Overall, this chest is in good condition and has been well cared for in our home. All the soft-close drawers … moreOverall, this chest is in good condition and has been well cared for in our home. All the soft-close drawers operate perfectly, and the cabinet is structurally excellent. Like most pieces that have been enjoyed over the years, the two horizontal top surfaces developed a few scratches from normal use. I've carefully touched them up over the years using the matching paint and lacquer from Oomph and with their guidance. The chest presents beautifully, though the touch-ups are visible on close inspection, primarily on the top horizontal surface. For someone who wants a factory-perfect finish, Oomph can provide matching paint and lacquer, and the two top surfaces could be professionally refinished. The rest of the piece remains in excellent condition. less
