Artist signed and titled on the reverse.

It's a very nicely executed original oil, and that's about all we know. It found its way to us as one of a set of very good works that were literally in the "to be framed" section of a fine Piedmont Virginia collection.
Bottom line - this is far too well done and interesting not to elevate, so here is your chance!
