This 1960s Kent Coffey Perspecta gentlemen's highboy dresser shows the collection's signature blend of organic carving and architectural structure. The upper cabinet is fronted by a row of sculpted hourglass forms set between vertical ribs, a rhythm of carved shapes that catches light and shadow across the walnut. Below, three long drawers with slim sculpted pulls ground the case, and the whole chest stands on gracefully arched legs that lift the substantial form with surprising lightness.
The two cabinet doors open to a fitted interior with shelving and a bank of small drawers, the kind of layout that made the gentlemen's chest a practical choice for sweaters, folded shirts, and accessories. The three full width drawers beneath offer deep everyday storage, and the pencil script Perspecta by Kent Coffey mark is visible on the case. Together the closed upper cabinet and open drawer stack give a bedroom generous, organized capacity in a single tall footprint.
